v START/FINISH is located inside the AVE Ranch, 138th & Proctor Blvd.

v FREE Parking for participants & Crew unless otherwise announced in advance.

v Spectators pay $10.00 per day fee.

v Overnight racers camping $10.00 per vehicle unless otherwise allowed.

v Pre-running for any event is done on the weekend before each event and the Friday before Saturday’s race, between 7 am & 5 pm, unless specified differently.

v In order to pre-run, entry must be paid in FULL.

v We will NOT issue any of the course files (kml, usr, gpx, etc.) unless entry is paid.

v There are no other times allowed to Pre-run unless specifically allowed per event.

v All seven (7) events in the PURE UTV OFF-ROAD DESERT SERIES are sanctioned by FUTVI (Formula UTV International) Association. Each participant; Driver or Navigator, must have a current membership to FUTVI to participate.

v FUTVI Membership is for 12 months from when you first sign up. Cost is $30.00 per year.

v PARKING is on a first-come, first-serve basis, only on allocated areas of the pits.

v You must park perpendicular to the race course, so as to not take too much room. All others in your team must park behind you.

v You must remain 30-feet back from the actual course, inside the pit area.

v PIT SPEEDS inside the area and scoring chute is always 25 MPH unless specified differently.

v Every race vehicle MUST go through the PITS regardless whether you stop or not. Race speeds can be resumed once you have passed the sign that informs you.

v All courses are GPS-BASED meaning that there will be minimal signage on the course. You must learn or have a Navigator to assist you!

v Both Driver & Navigator get championship points at the end of the year.

v ENTRY FEES PROS = $500.00 - $225.00 goes back to Pro Purse

v ENTRY FEES SPTS = $300.00 – Racing for 30% of Class Awards

v DISCOUNT ON ENTRY = $50.00 Gift Certificate for every race if you can show an “AUTOMATED FIRE SUPPRESSION SYSTEM” in the car and proof of purchase.

v LATE FEES – Signing up on Race-Day or after entry/registration has closed is an additional $100.00. No exceptions unless, otherwise previously arranged with race official. Late in CHECK-IN and/or TECH Inspection after regular date and times have passed is an additional $50.00 per race vehicle.

v STAGING of race vehicle will close 10 minutes before start time. If you are not in the position you have been allocated, then you will be sent to the back of the starting line (not by Class), and start there, but your start-time will remain as drawn. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
